Quark provides AI-generated study plans, insights, and doubt-solving assistance for educational purposes strictly related to JEE preparation.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While Quark is designed to optimize your study patterns, we do NOT guarantee:

• JEE Main or Advanced rank improvement.
• Direct success in any examination.
• Absolute accuracy of AI-generated doubt solutions or recommendations.

All outputs should be treated as guidance and supplementary material, not as absolute fact.

3. User Responsibility

You agree to use the platform responsibly and for academic betterment. You must not:

• Misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the platform's systems.
• Share false, harmful, or inappropriate data with the AI Coach.
• Attempt to scrape or harvest content from the platform.

4. Account Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Service Availability

We may modify or discontinue certain features at any time. As Quark is currently in beta, you may experience occasional downtime or performance variations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quark and its creators are not responsible for:

• Your actual academic performance or exam outcomes.
• Decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use following changes represents your agreement to the new terms.
